Perhaps, but mine don't have the air of pomposity yours has. Furthermore, I'm not trying to rack up my number of posts, which is really the only reason you post most of your "Hey thanks" type posts anyway.

Your comments regarding "Outside/Inside" just helped me think of more things to say regarding the album and recording thereof.
First of all, Eric, you just confirmed my suspicions: Eddie Kramer IS the "Master of Headphone rock"!
Second of all, Mike, come to think of it--That was a cool drum sound on "Sun Cycle"--in fact, one of the coolest drum sounds I'd ever heard! Just a joke, but--are you sure the boys didn't dive off INTO the water to record "Sun Cycle"? That song does make me "sea-sick" (but in a good way!)
Third--I've always wondered if the "Wagner" given the credits for helping co-write 3 of the songs was Dick Wagner--guitarist for the Frost and Alice Cooper? He was a great prolific songwriter, anyway--best known for "Only Women Bleed".

You are talking about Peter Wagner, who was an intregal part of Blue Cheer, he was a roadie," brother" to Dickie, songwriter, and genuine nice guy. One of my personal favorite memories of Peter was the fist time I saw him nail Pauls Pearls to the floor, it was at the original Fillmore. He really worked at it, then looked up and flashed the most gleeful grin, obviosly pleased with his efforts. Sadly Peter passed on much too early. His music and his memory, for me at least, are positive. If you ever have the opportunity, ask Dickie to tell how he and Peter came to write"Just A Little Bit". Priceless.
