I wouldn't sweat it, Croke. In all actuality, if people made copies of this cd to give to the die-hard fans, I seriously doubt it would do the band any harm. I could be totally wrong about this, but my understanding is that a certain manager BC had at that time of this cd has a whole warehouse full of copies. After a falling out with him, around the time the cd was released, this manager had it pulled from the stores and to this day, it stays locked in the vault (if I am wrong, someone from BC please correct me and I will pull this post). I was one of the lucky ones to get a copy before the album was pulled. If, said ex-management were to ever sell a copy, mark my words that the cheating bastard would never give BC a red cent of the profit. Having said that, distributing this music will only help the band as there are a lot of great tunes on this disk that most people don;t know. Also....I was lucky enough to receive a VINYL copy of this record from a BC member complete with an autograph. Nothing was asked for in return, just that I enjoy it. So...I doubt the band would care that much if a person here & there burned a copy. The only one that gets screwed the most is the ex swinehundt manager.

croke, nothing personal and since FBL is willing to give you a pass and gave good reasons for doing so, I don't have a problem. For all I know, the copy I bought on ebay came from that a-hole manager he was talking about so, I could be the one who did more damage in the end...

I'm sorry to hear that the band got dicked so badly on that CD , because it really is , in my opinion , their best (Post reformation) studio effort , the songs are there , the production and the performances are strong , the only thing I disliked was the cover! If anyone thought "The Beast is Back " cover was bad , or merely not representative of the band , you should see this!! The band photo in the CD booklet looks better! If you can get a friend to burn or tape it for you , just ask 'em if they'd be kind enough to copy the photo off for you. Maybe , somehow , they can get a legit reissue of it in the future , and actually make some money from it.....People should hear it. I only saw it a total of three times , once when I'd special ordered it (For 25$ , which was'nt cheap , back then. It was $30 the first time I saw it .) , but , while I've got nothing to do with it , you guys handled this really well. Take care , John

Is it true that Randy Holden used to appear as Randy Roach for contractual reasons and was once a member of Ozzy Osbourne`s backing group?

According to Paul Whaley, who is his cousin, Randy Hammon is NOT Randy Holden. I asked him about it last time I saw him. I think we now have sufficient proof after all this time that Robnoxious was full of shit. Who else should we ask?

I would like to here Pilot, Preacher, and Black Sun. They were Gary Yoder's best songs with Blue Cheer. "Duck" MacDonald can make these songs sound very heavy and tight.
