well the red devil witnessed a great show thursday night. of course it was loud but more than that it was relentless. duck was wailing and yes, babylon, whaley is still kickin' ass, in fact he was as strong or stronger than i've ever seen im in 40 years. the fact that the drum sound - in fact the bass end - was particularly good, loud and CRYSTAL CLEAR - helped. don't know if it's my hearing or the treble was washing up to the ceiling but the balance could have been , well a bit more balanced. as you moved around the room the whole key would change, byproduct of harmonics yada yada, cool all the same. same set list as i've been seeing on here the last week or so...lots of young folk there and plenty of old friends from the look of it. i wish tho that they would find a more effective way of publicizing these gigs. a band like this deserves not just a bigger audience but a bigger house!
