I'm just wondering if anyone witnessed BLUE CHEER live during the Phillips era, but after the first two records.
Albums 3-6 are so different from the initial bombast, I'm wondering what the set was like. Did they still play w/ walls of Marshalls? Did they not play songs from the first two records? If they did, were they played less aggressively, like these later albums?
I like albums 3-6, but they eventually ended up sounding sort of like THE BAND...Which is a musical group I can't imagine playing anything off VINCEBUS or OUTSIDE, unless it was altered severely.
Any witnesses? Even better, any video out there of this era?
