So, are you trying to suggest when Dickie sings about how `you` can drive around in his cadiilac, So when Jerry Lee Lewis sang about a `Whole Lotta Shakin` goin` on`, was he referring to any particular incident in a gents public toilet where there are a line of about forty men at urinals who have all just finished doing what they went there to do and they are all shaking the remaining drops off the ends of their penises? Boy!, and I use the term on the assumption that you were perhaps one, that is a very strange response ... and for a change, I'm pretty speechless. Ah, no, Dickie and I don't have anything going on ... as far as I know we are both straight, although I've never asked him. And no, your take is not what the song alludes to ... but if you need someone to explain it to you, perhaps you just ... whatever ... didn't do well in English Lit. I take it ... Rock n Roll and Whole Lotta Shakin are both slang terms referring to sex, doing the deed, the rattlesnakeshake, copulating ... And now that I think about it, yea, I could have chosen a different screen name. When I picked that one, Jerry Lee's song was in my head. It's amazing how the whole point of the original post is lost ... interesting comment by Dickie when he said sex and rock n roll music are the same thing, that they come from the same energy. It's an interesting concept ... too bad you think a person has to be a woman in order to think esoterically

That`s a really interesting response, but when I hyphenated the `you` as in `You can do anything You can drive in my cadillac` I wasn`t actually referring to you personally, but as the song suggests, to anyone in general, or to whosoever the author of the song intended it to be for.
And I never mentioned anything sexual or otherwise which linked you to Dickie, so that is purely a fabrication of your own mind. There was never intended anything to be read `between the lines`, but you seem to think that there is something there, and something that might even be suggestive. Reminds me of one of Arthur Lee`s chemically induced song titles, `Your Mind and We Belong Together`, what you`re saying ....um!
