Now that Rowenafaire & Babajuice have finished this latest round of infantile bickering, is there anyone from Germany out there who witnessed last night's gig? I'm sure the band took the stage with a vengeance. And by chance (though very unlikely) did they play anything from Highlights & Lowlives?

Not only the sets, but their reception. I hope the fan base turnout is great (for both new and old fans).

BOOM! I saw them yesterday at Sojo in Leuven, Belgium and they were no less than absolutely fucking brilliant! Right in front of the stage of the little club (around 80 persons max), I was literally blown away by their wall of sound and sheer energy. Every song they played, new and old, was plain brilliant, with the concert ending in a seemingly never ending solo frenzy that blew my mind like no other thing has ever blown my mind. The crowd went wild, and after a round of "we want more" they returned for two additional songs.
Without a doubt one a the greatest concerts, if not the greatest, I have ever seen. This band is massive!

As for the set, they played around 10 songs if I remember well, including: That's all I can remember..

Me and a good friend attented the Sojo gig in Belgium too yesterday. They played quasi the entire Vincebus Eruptum. At the end some incredible dark blues songs.
Wow, terrific concert. The longer it lasted, the better the sound. Lots of playing fun on scene and the crowd was certainly with them!
Thanks, guys! Goes to show who were the true roots (not Led Zep certainly....)

P.S.: it was the first time I saw the band live.
My friend went to see them 4 or 5 years ago, but it was not with Duck and not with Paul then and yesterday was the best concert by far, he stated.
And of course we had the opportunity to shake hands with the band at such a small venue, hehehe ;-)

So did they play the typical 90 minute set? Two encores! Sounds Great and sounds like the band appreciated the audience. Did they have much merchandise for sale? Dickie has a couple of solo efforts that are worth checking out, especially "Child of the Darkness". Did they have any "Dining with the Sharks" for sale? or the live at Nuremburg?....

Child Of The Darkness is a kick ass album. I love the titled track the best.

That tune was originally a BC song (well Ripper first I guess). The arrangement was a lot different!

Hopefully Roland Hofmann is staying out of Blue Cheer's affairs while they are in Europe.

I do believe that Roland Hoffman has been posted as `missing` for some time, and that it has nothing to do with Blue Cheer touring Europe. He hasn`t been seen for a while. There`s no chance of Blue Cheer selling Nebelling Records products at any of their merchandise stall either. That`s a contractual and legal argument and I wouldn`t want to delve into it. Roland Hoffman owns the rights to distributing those albums, but legal proceedings have stopped him from doing so, although I understand that he has been trying to dispense with a few on E-Bay from time to time.
