duck is great for blue cheer and blue cheer is great for duck, i think! i am so glad they found a guy who ties it all together and can also stand out front. when your band falls apart just as you're really hitting your stride it's so hard to put it all back together...leigh will always be the template, since he was the one who (with paul and dickie) made it happen. but it takes a special talent to be sensitive to what went before and also add your own talent and vision to an established band...they will never DUPLICATE the original threesome, and why would they even want to? what they have now is just as good in a different way! i hope they keep moving FORWARD and honour but not rely on the past - that is what keeps a band going...so far so great...

They may not duplicate the original BC but they sure do come very damn close,......Duck has been the answer for Dickie and Paul
and it took up 'til 1999 when they got it since BC 1968,.....Duck is what the Leigh Stephens of '68 should have evolved to I think that Duck really captures the spirit of the original BC and he's been the man,.....all he has to do now is just add a couple more Marshall stacks to his current gear and he's all set ;D
Look forward to seeing them on the next East Coast run
