You can still get a copy of the remastered CD (with extra guitar track) or the vinyl reissue if you ask for it. The remastered CD is awesome when played at full volume through headphones. Just because it might be pulled from his website doesn`t mean that there aren`t copies available.

First of all, allow me to say that's a very nice tattoo. Now, in regards to Randy's newer version of "Pop. 2"; I was fortunate enough to secure a copy when Randy still had it for sale on his site many years ago. I also had the for-sight to have printed up what he had written on his site about the new version. He of course took this down when he removed the new version. In it, he states right up front, what is intention was and it would not be what you would expect. Having said that, it all depends on my mood which version I want to hear. If I'm in a mood to want to hear the instruments clearer and more of a 60's vibe, then I'll listen to the original. If I wanna crank it up very loud and have more of a modern flavor, then of course the newer version gets the nod. I don't think one is better than the other; It's just nice to have options on what is a great album. Just my 2.3 cents.
