Hey, I see most of you guys are still unemployed! I just got back from England and had the rare chance of seeing Tony Mcphee and the Groundhogs at a little pub near our flat. Tony is freaking genius and is the closet thing to a living Hendrix. After the show i got together with Tony,Captain Sensible, and some bass player who used to play with Adam and the ants and had a long chat.It seems that Tony was featured on the BC CD "Dining with sharks"When asked about the sessions he said it was a drag and a embarrassment, kinda like Blue Cheer's decision to write a new CD worth of material. Did you happen to run into Randy Hammond, who we all know is really Randy Holden?

Interesting considering that the Groundhogs don't exist anymore....

....or the fact that he didn`t feature in any of the sessions at all, even though he was accredited to have played slide guitar on one of the tracks by someone somewhere. He probably clapped his hands along with Dave Anderson, it got on the original recording before being dubbed out, and therefore that made him a bona fide member of Blue Cheer.

No, he did play slide on it. I asked Dickie about it once.

Hey, Noxious! Do you still put your Mickey Mouse costume on before you go out to work?

I doubt seriously that this is the real RobbNoxious. I don't see him/her offering to sell us any copies of his/her interview with Randy Hammon....

Good to see that Tony is still going. Maybe after 35 years he'll finally "get back on the horse" and play in the States. The Hogs have played with BC in the past. Put them on the bill for the next tour. He'll bring him up with the band for Red House (then we'll see if he's close to Hendrix!).

Dear Mr Obnoxious
What address do I send my $12 to to get my bootleg copy of Randy Holden playing `All Along the Watchtower`? I assume that it is included with the interview. If it`s not, you can stuff the interview.
