...I suppose I will. It's been a year today that Rock & Roll (in its truest and purist) died (at least for some of us). We miss you Dickie!

It's hard to believe that it's been one year already to the day God Bless you Dickie up in the heavens Rock n' Roll truly has died one year ago today

He's probably wondering why nobody is carrying on with the BC sound, keeping the torch lit.

A very sad day indeed. In addition to having lost my father 3 months ago, the past 12 months have had a lot of sorrow in them. Dickie was a one-of-a-kind who cannot be replaced, no matter what kind of fanboys (I.E. Festoonedpigshit) try to convince us otherwise. I believe Blue Cheer went with Dickie. No offense to the others who sailed in her, but he was the heart and soul of that band.

Blue Cheer lost Dick....Duck and especially Paul still remain. No doubt Paul would love to get it going (I think) and I'm sure Duck also would love Paul banging on the skins for him. But, I suppose times are tough these days and somewhat prohibitive. Hopefully someone can come up with some cash and the 2 can find someone who could fit in and carry the flame? I know it's a hard act to follow but I think Dick would be happy if BC kept on.....

I cannot believe it has been a year either. It seems like a lifetime, yet like yesterday too. I think Dickie wants to be remembered through his music and those who worked with him must have many tales to tell ~ he was always interested in the stories of the band! Love to all

Are they old photos?...Greetings OHP, you're lucky you live in Frisco! Everything musically really was happening there back in the day..... The vacation I was taken on to Frisco in 1968 really changed my life.
Cheers, Erik
