i went digging and pulled out my only blue cheer album louder than god, and re read the back cover jeff dahlby did one hellava job on the bio
but i also pulled out a gem, a side project of john zalula
lone rager--metal rap (featuring andy (duck) MacDonald on blazing guitar)
it sites in the lyrics as follows and written by: john zalula:
it all started with a band called cream, to play like clapton was a dream then iron butterfly and MC 5 without airplay to stay alive
of coarse. blue cheer had the " summertime blues" they came on fast and then were news it seemed we've lost to never win then there came led zeppelin
upon reading the linear notes on the back cover 'feedbacklourde' asked the question in another post how many degrees seperate blue cheer from manowar ? i just stumbled upon that answer hail me !
vocals-metal rager ? lead guitar-andy (duck) macdonald second lead and rhythm- rock feinstein bass guitar-gary bordonaro big drums-carl cannedy
this puts together the tree
carl cannedy drumed for joey d. (pre-manowar) and even now rock feinstein is signed to magic circle records which joey d. owns.
is this the game you wanted to play? i mean how to link up the two bands?
or am i fulkkin way off target?
anyway i got new info i forgot about in my collection
