Hey BC freaks! First login in over a month...I see we have had 102 guests check out the BC BB in the last 24 hours and no posts to it. Must be 102 people writing books or papers on BC as there hasn't been any news for years and understandably so as there isn't a BC anymore....Maybe Randy Holdens album will be completed and for sale soon? ..Well, keep on lurking....

Cheers RiffRaff! 95 guests today. Must be something interesting to read today? I can't find the topic? Was cruising today for 100 miles and was listening to POP2 and Surf. I know you dig those tunes....

Yeah, those and others..... Guitar gods are not what they used to be... Picked up a Joe Bonomassa disk...Live at the Albert Hall. And while Joe is a very very good guitarist, "Ballad of John Henry" really caught my ear, I would not call him great. He still borrows a lot from Jimmy Page (who borrowed alot from the old bluesmen), a bit from Jeff Beck and some from Mark Knopler, and not so much from Eric Clapton. Just makes me wonder what Randy Holden delivered when he played live. He used to open for Steve Miller, while in the Sons of Adam and after each band respective set , him and Steve would do a "battle of the guitars" afterwards. Unfortunately, I was not a witness to these events.
