Someone from Regensburg, Germany (home of Nebellung Records and Paul Whaley) is offering Dining with the Sharks and Blitzkreig over Nuremberg for sale on CD on E-Bay at the moment. There is also a CD re-issue of Highlights and Lowlives on some obscure Australian label. Now, who would have authorised that?

Good question. Maybe BC should "steal" their stuff back and release it them selves.

Good question. Maybe BC should "steal" their stuff back and release it them selves. Yeah, that sounds great and all, but doing that requires money, and seeing as how they can`t get their new album released at the moment, why would they bother with older material? Do they own the masters of those 2 albums? If not, any re-issues of them will sound inferior to the originals. Not only that, but I imagine that, in trying to re-release these two albums would require them to deal with their manager-at-the-time, who is someone I don`t think they hold in much regard. I agree that BC should be in control of thses albums, but sometimes justice isn`t always served.

Looks to me like it's Roland Hoffman who's trying to rip the band off this time. If y'all are really into supporting the band, DO NOT buy any cds from this swinehundt! He screwed the band up once and is now trying to cash in on their new found success.
