I was checking out Blue Cheer's website, and saw that the Randy Holden link has been removed. Though the Holden pics (Photos V) are still on the website.

the site actually looks the same except for the newer 2007 page and changing the front pictures of Dickie, Paul and Leigh to the bottom of the front page, which could go back to the way it was for all I care

Well since Blue Cheer is too stupid to handel their affairs as a well oiled machine and their CD is never out with little notice from anywhere with little information coming from the band and with a for shit website that makes no difference to anybody really except for the deletion of a nobody guitar palyer that should remain gone and given no publicity on the site, do you really think Dckie Paul or Duck even look at a computer , well maybe Duck---
The unavailable CD from the way it has been handled makes me think that it is also for shit and nobody is in a hurry to have it herd .
Lets face it- it is a truly waste of time to even consider Blue Cheer seriously as nothing other than a reform band that cannot seem to rise above the clutter on the music landscape.
Where are the meaningful gigs , where is the promotion, where is the cyber interactive quick download full of useless information website -----
They have nothing to prove anymore they did it ----.

While I have always advocated free speech (not babble) on this forum, I find it interesting that despite the recent pieces of legitimate info we post here, the only times we get any exchange of discussion is when someone posts something insulting. Apparently no one cares about discussing an old concert review or this new album that's coming out. I don't mind the shitstorms of stupidity that appear here, but can we also have some real discussions here as well? Speak out legitimate posters! This site is for your benefit. I can get my BC info either way.....

So the album`s coming out in August, but you haven`t said what year! Wasn`t it supposed to be last year? Now it`s this year. What year is it? Have the Grateful Dead sued on the cover art? Has Randy Holden said that you can`t use his band`s name on this new album because he wans`t asked to play on it? Are Boston suing because Blue Cheer have taken longer to record a new album than they ever did? Maybe it`ll make the Guinness Book of Records for the longest album on hold ever. Why aren`t Blue Cheer out promoting it? Why didn`t they play any of the new songs on their last three tours? Maybe they had studio musicians record it and they`re still learning the chords. It`s been done before. Shades of the Electric Prunes, I reckin! Will it be worth waiting for? I doubt it! Grinning skulls? Yeah, the joke`s on you!

Since when the fuck was Blue Cheer was Randy Holden's band? Maybe Holden's fuckn' ego had something to do with the Holden link being removed. My advice to Holden I.N.C. is shut the fuck up and get on with your life. It's not our fault that Blue Cheer was biggest band that you had ever been in.  |

Truth is that it hurts to see what is happening so I don"t give a rats ass what excuses are coughed up by the band . As a Public phenomena they leave themselves open to the harshest of criticism.
Remember , "They have nothing to prove " they have already done and gone past 99%
of other music aggregates. That leaves the 1%.
So as Bob Dylan could go on stage and fart , Blue Cheer can do whatever they want .
They have nowhere to go but up.
